“When I start working?” She lifted her head from stirring her tea, looking up at Iroh. Having a big smile upon her face. “You mean…” She really hoped that she would get this job. Although she wasn’t sure if she would receive it or not. Either way, if she did get this job, she promised herself that she will work very hard.
He returned the grin. “Yep! You’re hired!” He offered a hand to Miriam. “Welcome to the staff of the White Jasmine!”
Miriam beamed with excitement. “Oh my goodness!” She reached out her hand, happily shaking his hand. “Thank you so much! I promise I will not let you down. I will work very hard.”
“Sounds like you have quite the thorough education.” He noted. He smiled at her next comment. “Is that so? I may have to try some myself when you start working!”

“Well, I don’t know those type of people who would think like that.” She admitted. Taking another sip of her tea. “But you need more cooks around here, then I would be happy to that for you. And if you need someone that is able to pour out tea to the costumers, I can also do that.”
“It’s a fairly easy job.” He said. “What type of foods do you like to make? We like to offer a variety of food here, so anything is good!” He added, smiling. “And yes, some help with the serving would be most wanted!”
“I was taught how to cook some recipes back at my homeland. Also I was taught some new recipes from cooking class in Lemuria.” She said, grinning. “Like the Israeli cuisine. That’s one of my favorite things to make.”
